My services begin with a Free consultation to determine your needs, desires and expectations, then progress to referring you to a knowledgeable and trustworthy lender, then helping you find the home that best suits you and your family. Once we negotiate your Purchase Contract, I will follow through to close of escrow, keeping you informed, every step of the way. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. As Your Agent, I Will:

  • Assure that you see all the properties in the area that meet your criteria.
  • Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.
  • Guide you through the entire home buying process.
  • Make sure you don't pay too much for your new home and help you avoid costly mistakes.
  • Arrange for all necessary inspections, be present for those inspections and make sure you understand the implications of any damage found. Negotiate repairs on your behalf.
  • Protect you in the Purchase Contract.
  • Follow through with all details and be present at your escrow closing appointment.

Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

  • Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before lender approval. 
  • Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
  • Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
  • Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.
  • Identify important features you need your new home to have.
  • Possibly begin looking at homes on-line through my automatic email update system.

Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, and appraisal of your new home.
  • Third-party fees include homeowner's insurance, Homeowner association document preparation and inspections.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state property taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include loan interest, Title insurance, Escrow fees, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
